Immunogen: This Alkaline Phosphatase (ALPI) antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 274-304 amino acids from the Central region of human Alkaline Phosphatase (ALPI).
Host Species: Rabbit
Purification: This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Physical State: Liquid
CAS NO.: 2061980-01-4
Product: XMU-MP-1
Buffer: Supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml
Storage Conditions: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Alternate Names: Intestinal-type alkaline phosphatase, IAP, Intestinal alkaline phosphatase, ALPI
Accession NO.: P09923
Protein Ino: 130744
Official Symbol: ALPI
Geneid: 248
Background: There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The intestinal alkaline phosphatase gene encodes a digestive brush-border enzyme. This enzyme is upregulated during small intestinal epithelial cell differentiation.
