Immunogen:

MW (kDa) :

Specificity:

Purity :
Protein G purified

Purity :
PBS, Glycerol, BSA

Storage :
Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

Stability:
Stable for 12 months from date of receipt/reconstitution.

Background :
Mitochondrial outer membrane GTPase that mediates mitochondrial clustering and fusion. Membrane clustering requires GTPase activity. It may involve a major rearrangement of the coiled coil domains. Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelles, and their morphology is determined by the equilibrium between mitochondrial fusion and fission events. Overexpression induces the formation of mitochondrial networks (in vitro). Has low GTPase activity. Cellular location Mitochondrion, Cytoplasm

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
