Product Name: BAFF Antibody [Buffy-XI]
Species Reactivity: Human
Tested Applications: WB
Applications: BAFF antibody can be used to recognize C-terminus but not the stalk of human BAFF by Western Blot (1μg/mL).  Anti-BAFF (MAb Buffy-XI) does not cross react with mouse BAFF. Method: 10 μg of total protein lysate was applied to the gel. MAb to BAFF (Buffy-XI) was used at 1 μg/mL and revealed with HRP-coupled anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:4,000).  This product is for research use only.
User Note: Optimal dilutions for each application to be determined by the researcher.
