Immunogen: This AIDA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 255-283 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human AIDA.
Host Species: Rabbit
Purification: This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Physical State: Liquid
CAS NO.: 1338806-73-7
Product: CFI-400945 (free base)
Buffer: Supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Concentration: 0.45 mg/ml
Storage Conditions: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Alternate Names: Axin interactor, dorsalization-associated protein, Axin interaction partner and dorsalization antagonist, AIDA, C1orf80
Accession NO.: Q96BJ3
Protein Ino: 74751770
Official Symbol: AIDA
Geneid: 64853
Background: AIDA acts as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. Inhibits axin-mediated JNK activation by binding axin and disrupting axin homodimerization. This in turn antagonizes a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathway activated by AXIN/JNK-signaling (By similarity).
